Colledani Materia
Colledani Materia is a cement-based product with high mechanical performance and allows all kinds of aesthetic effects to be achieved by trowel application. The cement base allows it to be applied either indoors or outdoors while maintaining total colour stability over time, even when exposed to freeze-thaw cycles, brackish environments, etc. Nanotechnology has enabled us to control the chemical and physical behaviour of the dispersing polymers and their interaction with the cement, achieving maximum performance in terms of adhesion to the substrate and final strength.
The products used to waterproof it are totally non-yellowing polyurethane resins that protect and maintain both the colour and the mechanical and chemical resistance of the finished resin flooring over time.
Cementitious spatulate floor and wall tiles Materia are suitable for any commercial, residential environment, including bathrooms, spas, saunas, steam baths, etc. Driveway paving for driveways, pavements, swimming pool surrounds can also be realised.
Materia also allows customisation of tables, bookcases, kitchens and furniture in general.
Materia White: while retaining the materiality of cement, the finer grain of the material makes the surface softer and more regular; completely white floor and wall coverings can be realised thanks to the very fine-grained and therefore non-visible aggregates. Also ideal for furniture, sink tops and any other complementary object.
Materia M100: is the more textural version that emphasises the structure of the product with a readable grain with dark highlights that infuse the flooring with character, for those who want to get the true feel of a concrete floor.
Materia Silk: refinement, elegance and cleanliness are conveyed by a surface free of imperfections with a velvety finish: it allows, if required, to minimise the visibility of the trowel work for a softer aesthetic perception accentuated by the consistency of the colouring.
All resin floors Colledani including the Materia are protected with an antibacterial finish that guarantees perfect and easy cleaning, keeping rooms healthy and free from contamination.

In fact, when the floor and/or coating is finished, a silica nano-polymer treatment is applied that electrostatically bonds to the surface. Dirt cannot penetrate, reducing the deposition of mineral salts and organic substances: the electrostatic bond repels dust in the air, extending cleaning cycles and prolonging the life of the resin flooring itself.
